What this website measures
Simply Get Social measures this marketing site in two layers. The first runs for everyone and collects nothing that can identify you. The second is Google Analytics 4 and runs only if you accept it.
Layer one: our own cookie-free counting
Every public marketing page sends one anonymous page-view record to Simply Get Social on this same domain. It sets no cookie, stores nothing in your browser, and creates no identifier you carry between visits. Your IP address is never stored: it is combined with a random salt that we delete within two days, purely to separate one visitor from another for a single day. We keep the page address, the referring site, campaign tags in the link you followed, a coarse device type, and a country. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, this record is not sent at all. This data stays in our own database and is readable only by Simply Get Social staff.
Layer two: Google Analytics 4, only with your consent
Simply Get Holdings keeps one Google Analytics 4 dashboard across its businesses so it can compare how each site performs. On this site that tag is consent-gated:
- Google Consent Mode v2 starts with all four signals denied — analytics storage, ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization.
- The Google tag is not downloaded, and no request reaches Google, until you choose “Accept analytics”. Declining, ignoring the banner, or sending a Global Privacy Control signal all leave it unloaded.
- Accepting grants analytics storage only. The three advertising signals stay denied, we enable no Google advertising feature, no Google Signals, and no ad personalization, and we run no remarketing or ad audience from this site.
- Your choice is remembered in this browser’s local storage on this device alone. You can change it at any time with the Analytics preferences link in the footer of any public page.
- The tag loads on public marketing pages only. It never loads on the client portal, the staff admin site, an invitation acceptance link, or an onboarding form.
- We send Google the page address, a marketing conversion when you complete the readiness check or send an inquiry, and the standard measurement Google collects. We never send your name, email address, business name, role, or anything you type into a form.
What we never do here
This site runs no advertising pixel, no social tracking tag, no session recorder, no heat map, and no cross-site profiling. We do not sell or share personal information. We never ask for a password, a verification code, a recovery code, or account access on this site or by email.
Questions
Ask us before you send anything you would rather not have measured. You can reach us through the invitation readiness page, which asks only what we need to review business fit.
